Welcome to Coastal Barbecue. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our catering services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services
Coastal Barbecue provides catering services specializing in California-style barbecue. All services are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline any event that does not align with our brand, standards, or schedule availability.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your catering date. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Any changes to guest count or menu must be finalized no later than [7] days before the event.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be available on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Events canceled within 5 days of the event date may be subject to full charges.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the event (date, location, guest count, access, etc.). Any delay or change impacting our ability to perform services may result in additional charges or service adjustments.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Coastal Barbecue uses shared equipment and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies. While we will make every effort to accommodate, we are not liable for allergic reactions.

6. Liability
Coastal Barbecue is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue access issues, or client negligence. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the catering service.

7. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, menus, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Coastal Barbecue and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
